This shabby little recolour is perfect for a nursery, but looks good in a beach house too.

Stylish and modern, this family home is perfect for a growing family. It has 3 bedrooms and an open plan feel.Outside has a pool terrace and several patios for dining or just enjoying the sunshine. There is a separate pool room with its own deck,and views over the pool area.

This house is unfurnished. I have NL,UNI,Seasons,BV and AL expansion packs. It should be basegame compatible though.

I love cars and trucks in game. I just don't like those shiny,happy ones...cars just don't look like that.

One of my favorite car creators is Dr Pixel at MTS2. I decided to weather, grunge and wreck a few of those cars and trucks...and I'm currently obsessed!

Here is the first one for you.....Dr Pixels tow truck in a racing green recolour and a vintage cream, with Guinness and Mill House logos,English license plates. The green is just pretty dirty,been through a puddle or two! The cream is vintage styled, with scratches,rust and some graffiti for good measure.Its also in need of a good wash!

Nantucket

This is my favourite house to play. The house is a spacious one storey beach house, set in landscaped gardens. It is built with typical shingle siding and style found in Nantucket.
It has a large kitchen, with a dining area,bathroom,sunroom,open-plan living area, a master bedroom and a smaller bedroom suitable for a little Sim. There are also several lovely outdoor terraces to dine or relax outside.
The house is mostly unfurnished, but garden landscaping is included.

This tiny little house is the ideal home for your more urban,batchelor sims....Its built on a 1x1 Lot, which i love to build on.The house itself has two storeys.The first floor has a large open plan space,with a fitted kitchen,sitting and dining area. Upstairs has a spacious bedroom,with a small balcony(its mostly used to hang the laundry) a tiny toilet, and a gorgeous, screened bathing area.
Outside, to the front of the house, is a dining area(mostly for people-watching) A space to the rear for a BBQ, and perhaps a lounger or two.
This house is fully furnished,landscaped and
decorated.

Some objects in the pics are not included as per the creators policy.

Looe Harbour is on the South Cornish coast,and is a quiet,traditional fishing harbour.Here your sims can walk through the cobbled streets,eat fish and chips,have a pint in the pub,shop or stroll round the art gallery.There is a play area to keep the kiddies quiet too.

Hawthorn Chase is a traditional style,modern family home. It has a rustic,country charm,but with all the modern amenities you would expect from an executive home. There are 2/3 bedrooms and 2/3 bathrooms,with a very spacious layout downstairs...a large kitchen/diner,sitting room,playroom,library and a games room.Outside,the landscaped gardens have a large pool area,surrounded by lush trees and shrubs.There is an outdoor dining patio,a covered terrace for relaxing and a little reading nook. This is one of my favorite houses to play.

The olde Mill.....

This old mill was a little gift for some special people...

And if you are visiting my site..that makes you pretty special too (aww)

So here it is...

An old mill,set alongside a winding river. A little one-bed cottage,perhaps in need of a bit of renovation..but it has a charm all of its own. Gardens are fully landscaped and perfect for a small family...there is lots of room to extend this cottage.

Just a little recolour of Sugizo fireplace frame.I found these in my folder, so I thought Id share,as I quite like them.One is an old blue distressed wood and the other is a teal coloured peeling paint. Nice little piccies on the mantle too. I know there are hundreds of these recolours, but I thought Id throw mine into the pot too.......enjoy!

I wanted an old wood version in teal (Artists house again!) Its so easy to recolour as the other pieces are slaves to the meshes. You need the meshes HERE

There is also a recolour in old white wood, i really like this one and looks pretty realistic in game.

I have about a zillion recolours in my game..but thought I'd share this one with you. This lively little sofa is in black silk,with bright Fuschia accents. The curtains are sheer,with a soft,flowy feel! Rug is handmade in Morrocco.....
